I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family to see Dr. Beste. His front office staff is another thing altogether. Receptionist (Barbara?) up front is curt, impatient and at times downright rude.
Their office is a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but the tv showing talk shows or "reality" tv is annoying. I prefer my doctor's office to be quiet, esp when I am sick. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. They are late at every appointment I have ever made and that would be more than 8 appointments. I wish they would make more of an effort to be on time. It is almost made up for because Dr. Beste himself takes his time to listen to you and to be certain you understand what he is telling you.
Another thing that is annoying about his office staff is that they have postponed my appointments on 2 separate occasions and did not notify me until the same day and on the first occasion I was pulling into their parking lot when they called to tell me the appointment would have to be reset. That is ridiculous considering I had to take time off from work to get to the doctor.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
