I have been going to Dr. Jeffrey for almost 40 years when he was off Cottonwood Dr. at a different location. I have loved his office and office staff. I started seeing his NP years ago when I could not get him to him. Denise is the best! Very friendly!! I'm sad that Dr. J retired, but the same staff has stayed on and there are several other Doctors there as well if I can't get in to Denise.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.
