I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They were all very rude. They were suppose to send my daughters RX to pharmacy and did not. It took them 2 weeks with me calling every day for them to finally send RX to my pharmacy. We waiting at least an hour the 2 times we were there. NEVER AGAIN!!! Also, they charged an additional $15 on top of co-pay to fill out a physical form and fax it. That took over 2 weeks for them to do! RIDICULOUS!!

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
