They had a few different appointment times for my schedule. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. My appointment felt not rushed. I understand that they are busy.
