Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
