They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
