I have been going to see Dr. Lyons and Pat since I was in my mother's tummy. I have been to them for everything from childhood sickness, depression, pregnancy, and now I am going back for birth control. I also take my 18 month old son to see them. I used to take him to someone closer to us, in cypress, tx, but he would still be sick weeks later. Each time, I would take him back to Pat and she would instantly fix him!! NO LIE!! Now, I go straight to her, I don't mind the hour drive if it means my child and I don't have to suffer through an illness. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

I really like the chairs they have in their waiting room. They are high quality and comfortable. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
