They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

after going to mr rollins office for the first time, i left feeling much worse than when i arrived.

there was a heated arguement in the office between an african american gentleman patient and a staff member when i walked in.

when i walked out i understood why.

mr rollins was very insensitive to my condition, and was unbelievably rude and abrasive. he ended up walking out of the exam room leaving me there to wait without telling me he was finished with me. after a long wait i peeked into the hallway only to see a staff member. i asked what i should do and they said he couldnt help me. he never intended to return.

i was treated very badly at this office on my first and only visit.

dr rollins was incredibly angry from the start (dont ask me why, i have no idea) and treated me more like an inconvenience than a person in need of medical care.

i will never go back again and i hope he is proud of the way he treated me.

if you want to be treated like an inconvenience, be sure to stop in to creek crossing family medical center and see dr. rollins.

long story short, beware of doctors that advertise on highway billboards.
