They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Never, they are very reliable.
