I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and comfortable during each appointment. They are one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.
