The problem I have is not with the doctor but with the staff not keeping you updated on the status of the doctor and when he will be available for you. They let you sit, sit & sit forever without telling you there has been some issues with other patients so the doctor is 3 patients behind after you have already sat their 45 minutes. They should tell you up front and ask if you want to be rescheduled but they don't. they assume you don't mind sitting for 2+ hours waiting to see the doctor.
This has happened that last few times I have been there and one more time I will find another doctor.

All staff members were kind and friendly to me. Dr. Tawa and Angie are both good listeners. There seemed to be an atmosphere of camaraderie. The office is soothing. They have never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me when they said they would. Dr. Tawa is the best!
