I wish they gave me good advice, but the only problem is I wish I wasn't being put on hold for so long. When the doctor recommended me a CT scan. they gave me a place too far and so I call the office and ask if they could give me a diff place close by my house. They told me the reason we gave you this place is bc its the cheapest. So I am put on hold like 10 times. my problem never solved. Just this past weekend, I make an appt on like Tues. the girl supposedly took my name down. the next day I get a voicemail thinkin theyre reminding me of my appointment but they were askin me to come in for a follow up. i told them that.this is not the first time either. they really suck at customer service..putting you on hold with 3 diff people.

I wish they would update their equipment a little more. It was fairly current, nothing special though. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure.
