I am always looking for the best in the field to recommend to others, and I did not find that here. I will never return, nor recommend them to anyone I know based on my experience. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money.

The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice.

Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office.
