Great doctor, only problem is it's a clinic with a first come, first served format so there are LONG waits.

Front desk was a horrible customer service didn't say anything not even a hello. I Just walked in feel clueless look like no one work here. front desk look empty but it was 2 female in the office didn't say anything bad body attitude. The doc was super nice he very noticeable and positive attitude 5 stars for him

Dr. Rojas is an amazing Doctor, he makes sure you get the medical attention that you are requiring for. BUT, THERE ARE MANY PROBLEMS, FLAWS AND SERIOUS CONDITIONS WITHIN BOTH OF HIS MEDICAL LOCATIONS!!! IF YOU CALL AND ASK TO SEE IF DR. ROJAS IS WORKING, THE STAFF WILL NOT DISCLOSE IF HE'S WORKING OR NOT, AND YOU ARE LUCKY IF THEY ANSWER THE PHONE AT ALL!!! I have had numerous occasions with his staff not filing insurance claims, getting referrals, and writing my scripts incorrectly. SINCE DR. ROJAS IS THE ONLY DOCTOR IN HIS PRACTICE THAT HE OWNS AND MANAGES, HE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN WRITE FOR SCHEDULE 2 CLASS DRUGS. SINCE YOU CANNOT FIND OUT IF HE IS WORKING THAT PARTICULAR DAY AND YOU NEED YOUR REFILL, YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK IF HE IS OUT OF TOWN. HIS OWN STAFF DOESNT KNOW HIS SCHEDULE!! The bathrooms are disgusting, the wait list time is unreasonably long and once again good luck trying to call and have them answer. DR. ROJAS IS AN INCREDIBLE DOCTOR BUT HIS PRACTICE HAS SEVERE MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS

YOU BETTER GO WITH VISITING PHYSICIANS, THIS DOCTOR IS CROOKED. LONG WAITING HOURS, BAD SERVICE, NO ANSWER ON PHONES WHEN NEEDED. THIS OFFICE SUCKS BIG TIME.
HE WAS UNDER INVESTIGATION WITH THE OFFICE INSPECTOR GENERAL FOR GIVING RX'S TO DRUG ADDICTS IN THE SOUTHSIDE AND ABUSING THE SYSTEM ..

Not the worst, but certainly not the best
