I have been with Dr Sanchez for years now and am happy with her services. My problem is always the same. I can't get my prescription for my high blood pressure med refilled. I always have make a call to the office. Today I called, they acted like they've never heard of my medication, put me on hold and then I got a recording saying to leave a message or if it was for a prescription refill to call this number....Didn't have a pen close at hand, they hung up, now I'm back on hold, 5th in the "que". I'm going to find another doctor!

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
