They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of patient service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I trust Dr. Vosberg and my family adult children see him as well. I never feel rushed.
