Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.
