I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that Dr. Kramer has a personal phone call, he always waits to take it later.

Dr. Kramer's full focus is always on me, and it makes me feel special. And I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was!

The staff was able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled and caring staff.

The warmth of Dr. Kramer and his wonderful staff makes the too-often worrisome business of visiting a medical office a pleasant and stress-free experience. They make the extra effort to be sure my every concern and question is fully addressed.

They don't come any better than Dr. Kramer. Would that there were more like him.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
