I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

The person with the hate comment.....Get your facts straight...He never studied in Mexico...I think you are confusing this doctor with another one.....

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

This idiot ruined my father's QUALITY OF LIFE! Diaz destroyed a very active, busy, WW2 Veteran's life with his incompetence!!Due to Diaz, my father sits, dazed, depressed like a vegetable in an asst living facility, waiting to die. Before Diaz destroyed his life in 2009, my father was playing golf 3 times per week. Just check this guy's poor education from Mexico and you can tell what a loser he is. He needs to be barred from practicing medicine.
