Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

The office is well kept and the office staff are very nice. My biggest problem is the doctor was always out delivering a baby causing the wait time to exceed 2 hours or more. Her assistant, who is a doctor, did not seem concerned when I explained a few problems I was dealing with. When placed in the ultra sound room, the doctor would finally arrived and rush through the ultra sound. My baby's first ultra sound is not clear at all. All this happened for two doctor visits. I am currently getting my records and going to another doctor.
