The staff always treats me well. They make me feel like they're really glad I'm there. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. They do okay, but I'm just another client to them. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me.
