They wasn't able to answer ANY of my questions. I question how they got their degree. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.
