I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. The cologne they wore was nauseating. I wanted to cover my nose the entire time I was there. I could hardly stand being in the room. They would not stop trying to make me take a type of medication that I knew didn't work for me. I have taken it in the past and yet they tried to push it on me relentlessly. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up.

They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour to see the Dr., they had an emergency, but once I saw her and visited with her, her expertise made up for the tardiness, she was VERY KIND, and understood my needs. Their(front desk) staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me; the lab techs, and nurses were the NICE guys, very friendly and gentle.

Dr. Oliverira is amazing! But her staff is awful. We had to see her because our daughter was having problems. The doctor was amazing and so knowledgeable, but the nurse was very rude to us and the front desk office was incredible rude...and this was on our FIRST visit. Then when the nurse called to refer to another doc us due to the test results and I ask what the test results where and the nurse said "I can't disclose that information to you"...are you kidding me, I am her mom! When my husband called to get her meds refilled and he said it was an emergency because our daughter can't miss a dose...they said "every one says it's an emergency, sir, the nurse will call you back tomorrow." There is more, but you get the gest of it. Just awful! I will be reporting this office.

Dr. Marci is a true goddess. She is honest, forthright, and caring. She fosters an open rapport with her patients. The office staff is always kind and considerate, at either location. I highly recommend this physician to anyone who is looking for a partner in their healthcare.

Sometimes the wait can be pretty bad, but it is just one of those hazards seeing an OB-GYN who delivers a lot of babies! Annoying, but inevitable.

Yes, they were the fastest I've seen and very polite

Sometimes, but most of the time they don't

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
