I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

Dr Dutton is old school to say the least. He took A LOT of time to get my history & I really felt like he was a competent doctor. He was ABSOLUTELY straight forward in answering all of my questions & that was the main thing I was looking for. However, I wish I had remembered how important it was for the staff to share in the overall success of the office. The entire office staff was unprofessional. I had a pap done over a week ago & have called several times to discover the results are there but the staff is too busy to relay them to me. They have been rude most every time I have interacted with them & during the exam the assistant talked about how she was being held over & repeatedly rolled her eyes. The office itself is an old house, the furniture is old and stained, the carpet is old, torn, stained, etc., the exam tables & equipment were old, dirty, & worn. Worst of all the speculum was metal & was heated by the assistant using the archaic method of running it under warm tap water, EWWW! I felt like I was in Cider House Rules.

Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. I love the doctor but the staff is slow to take care of requests. I had been waiting for a perscription to be called in to my pharmacy and it was never done. Then when I had the perscription filled with my mail order program they never followed back up with them. I've been waiting on this medication for 3 weeks and it is very frstrating to be calling back and forth to my benefits plan and the issue is still not resolved.
