Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Yes everything was neat and sterile

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
