Dr. Brown educates her patients very well. She is a great OBGYN. However, she is not the best at picking her office staff. They are rude and very unprofessional. The wait is wil always be 30 minutes before you see her. I have waited over an hour before. If I weren't so late in my pregnancy I would switch providers, not because of Dr. Brown, but because of her staff. Lastly, the office manager is only concerned about money. They will always ask that you get on Medicaid, even if you have commercial insurance provided by your employer.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is great being the most friendly, helpful staff I've ever dealt with. They took a personal interest in me and helping me, yet were very professional. They made the whole experience that much better. I was very relieved with the information I received. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I would definitely go back.

They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
