Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are.
