They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I have been a patient of Dr. Hoffman's since the early 80's. She has always answered all my questions. She is supportive and understanding. I would never go to anyone else.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. I always tell my friends looking for a new OBGYN to go here. Its one of the best doctors offices I've ever been to.

Dr. Hoffman is wonderful, but her nurse is not. I'm sure she's a nice person, but she isn't helpful to patients. She'll forget to call in prescriptions, and when she does remember, she doesn't call you back to tell you she called it in. So you have to call the pharmacy to ask if Dr. Hoffman's office called in a script. It's cumbersome. On the bright side, the office is great at handling insurance, and scheduling is always easy. And Dr. Hoffman is always on time - I've never waited more than five minutes. If you can get past the nurse being unhelpful, you will be happy with Dr. Hoffman. She's a great doctor and has a great bedside manner.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
