The only positive thing I could say is that I was able to get a new patient appointment fairly quickly. Perhaps that should have been my sign. So many things just seemed off when I walked in the office. The receptionist was more interested in talking to one of the nurses about whatever was on TV last night than in making sure that I was given the paperwork. She waved me away when I offered her my insurance card and drivers' license to make a copy. The clinic also supervises people who are going on the HCG diet, which is one of the first things that was mentioned to me after the doctor saw my weight, despite mentioning that I'd recently started Weight Watchers & had some success. I think I must have had the fastest pap smear/breast exam on record. I'd no sooner got undressed than the nurse told me to get dressed again and I was shoved in the doctor's office (not an exam room). Not a word was spoken during the exam, until the doctor made some comment to the nurse about how it looked like rain. When I mentioned that I wanted to consider trying a different birth control pill, he refused saying that if its not broken, don't fix it. He explained that he would only write me a six 6 month prescription for birth control and had to see me 6 months later. I explained that my insurance was going to run out before then and I would not be able to afford another office visit. He eventually wrote me a prescription for 12 months, muttering something about how it was against his better judgment.

He was in no way inappropriate, but he was not exactly professional.

I absolutely will tell anyone i.know not to go to.him. Didnt even see the doctor before i wasbtold to.undress. He hadbto bring another doctor in with the nurse bc apparently cant work an ultrasound machine. Wouldnt let me see the screen untill finally told.me i had a missed misscariage at six weeks. Totally.unprofessional talking about my missscarriage and completly uncaring. Didnt tell me anything about the pain i would feel. Said it would be like a period. WRONG i had contractions and actually lost too much blood that i was losing coincesness (sp?) when husband called him highly concerned that i should go to e.r. His response was idk im not there. Didnt ask any questions about how i was physically feeling or amount of blood lost. He acted as if calling him was a huge annoynce to him. Never returns calls not once and didnt tell me about any follow up care like more blood tests or to come in for an ultrasound to make sure everything was out. Im am completly disgusted and appaled by this doctor. He made this misscarriage so much more streesful and horrible on me than it would of been with any other doctor. To sum it up beware of the doctor. Unprofessional,rude,uncaring and completly uneducated. BEWARE of him
