No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
