I have had the pleasure of working with Dr Gilliland and being a patient of his. He is an amazing OBGYN. I too, have been to Dr Lockett and couldn't get out of her office fast enough. I thought with her being a woman she could sympathize with the pain women had to deal with. She won't, doesn't and obvious can't. Dr Gilliland is so gentle with his exams and his staff is like family. I won't go to anyone else besides Dr Gilliland. I highly recommend any woman give Dr Gilliland a chance. You will be pleasantly surprised at his awesome bedside manner.

I will never go to another other doctor that Gilliland. I went to Lockett and my experience was horrible with her, when I switched to Gilliland with my second child he was nice, kept me informed and took all of my concerns very seriously. I loved that he would sit and talk with me, and actually took time with me to answer all of my questions, even after I gave birth he returned to answer any more questions I would have.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
