Doctor is great, but some of the other staff are very rude. It took me over two weeks to get a prescription filled after having an appointment. They need to greatly improve on their customer service as well as their speed with documents.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
