They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They answered all of my questions and seemed to really know what they were talking about. They were trying to get me to use certain medications, but backed off when I told them that I knew they wouldn't work for me. They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional.
