I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. They didn't tell me any of the side effects that would come with my medication, or any of the risks that were possible with my procedure. I was only told about the benefits and why I needed it. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
