Every time I have gone into that office I have waited at least an hour and a half to be seen. If my appointment is at 10am, please don’t see me at 12. I have been in three times and experienced considerable delays each time. I would expect it if I called that day but these appointments are made months in advance. When I go in there you have sick, coughing patients in the waiting room with pregnant women and newborn babies. They need a sign discouraging that. When I see the doctor she dismisses my concerns and of the 2 hours I sat there I may see her for 5 minutes max. Her nurse is disrespectful and unprofessional. When I call, which is once in a blue moon, she is hateful, nasty, and is never informative. She puts me off, and never tells me my lab results. I asked her what was going to be expected at my next appointment, she got snobby and told me she did not know. I should know. The routine tests are not something I will always know and I think her behavior is inappropriate. She should keep notes on patients and generally know what is going on with them, write it down. I would rather have my baby in my back yard then trust my life with them. She has lost my business. I am a customer and I do not like being treated disrespectfully, like I do not matter, and like cattle. They know nothing about me. The doctor at this rate will be a complete stranger to me by the time I am to have the baby. Take time for your patients. Get to know them. Treat them like people. Treat them with respect.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I will continue to go here for my gyno care, after having my son. Dr. O is so very wonderful, I have never felt so safe and so comfortable with a doctor as I do with her. I will recommend her to every woman I know who needs an ob/gyn. Premier Ob-gyn is the only place I will ever go from now on for my ob-gyn care. Period.

This office is clean and comfortable with a professional and attentive staff. I have had no issues while being a patient at the office and I intend to continue seeing the doctors there. I would recommend it to any women who are seeking a doctor in the area.
