Recently had surgery with Dr Ribail. Best decision i have made for myself. Dr is very good at giving me other options to consider. I have been so happy with her and the decision to have my Hysterectomy. I did extensive online review before I chose to see her and have my surgery. I rate her like many others as a superb Dr. with incredible wy of making you feel at ease and like you have know her forever.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week.
