I just started going to this doctor and it seems like he doesn't listen to me when I tell him that I'm high risk pregnant and he got on to me in his office one day because he said I need to stop calling up there so many times that it frustrates them!! Well if I have concerns then I have a right to call because I care for my child and it seems like he doesn't he wants to send me to a high risk fetal care center I guess cause he don't know what's hes doing and it just aggravates me that he seems to not care at all!!!

If I had a way to give this "Dr" a negative star I would. He never knew my name, never let me voice my questions, always looked passed me during my visits. When it came time to deliver my child I was SCHEDULED for induction and my so called doctor couldn't be found. I was pushing without a nurse or doctor around because the nurse was in the hall yelling "Please just get ANY doctor". My water broke 2 hours before I had my son and then he was stuck in the birth canal for an hour and a half without any concern from Lansdowne. When he was born he was blue and not breathing and had fluid in his lungs. He also had blood on his brain from being stuck for so long. I have never been so passionate about something as I am with telling you, PLEASE RECONSIDER BEFORE USING "DR." LANSDOWNE. He should not be allowed to practice. Do your research and you will find other patients of his in the same shoes as myself.

The most accurate description of my experiences with this office : disheartening and demoralizing. I found this office suffers from an intolerable degree of chronic mismanagement and consistent disregard for the patient. On the advice of my primary care physician, I visited this office to get help with some ongoing, worrisome “female issues.” The less than useless staff regularly do not answer phone calls; follow up on voicemails, e-mails or any other type of message; and render it nearly impossible to follow up on test results, or get any resolution or treatment. After having been completely ignored for weeks, my husband finally went in person to the office on my behalf--that is also ineffective as you'll just receive a directive to "call us"...which leads right back to the system of unanswered telephone calls and ignored voice mails. As you may imagine, I would strongly recommend you avoid this counterproductive clinic, and seek a competent health care team elsewhere.

Dr. Lansdowne is not the doctor to see if you have a complicated pregnancy, or a history of complications. He never once sat down with me to allow me to ask questions or voice my concerns. His office staff is downright rude, and gets very easily annoyed. I should never feel intimidated by an OBGYN's office staff, or the physician, I feel l should be able to ask questions and have time spent with me to address my concerns. I will be switching doctors after 2 visits with Dr. Lansdowne.

I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Their staff is very friendly and professional. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
