This doctor was dismissive as if it was no big deal, we will get another option.They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I waited more than one hour for the doctor - when Dr. Scott Smitt came in he seemed in a big hurry. He asked me ONE question (where does it hurt) and then came back with a few photocopied pages and told me my problem was a rotater cuff issue. When I tried asking him a few questions, he said it is all in the brochure or I could Google it! The whole appt took no more than 2 minutes. Very arrogant man....
