Dr. Liverman's office is highly disorganized and smells of smoke. The secretary, his wife never returns phone calls. So,if I want to get anything accomplished, like rescheduling, I have to physically go up to the office. Any time she doesn't want to do something for a patient, she invents a law that says she can't or makes up some other excuse. The psychiatrist rarely remembers the information I gave him in our last appointment. The only good thing about this place- insurance LOVES them because they're so disorganized, they forget to bill them!

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I had to wait a long time in the waiting room. I've had to wait longer at other places, but it was still too long. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. During my appointment, I knew that I always had their full attention. They listened to everything I said without interrupting.
Sure wish I would get a call back, Been waiting forever.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I usually look forward to flipping through the magazines while I'm in the waiting room, but not here. They have almost no selection and it made my wait feel even longer. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
