They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their prices were very affordable, and they told me before my appointment how much I could expect to pay. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I really wish they didn't cancel my appointments so much. They almost always call me the day before my scheduled appointment to cancel.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Definitely! They did a thorough investigation to make sure I'd get the best treatment

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
