No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Dr. Brams is great. I have recommend him to several friends who needed help. He made an extra effort to accept my insurance. II do not mind waiting to see him. Dr. Brams is very kind and caring even helping my mother in her 90's. He laughs with me and helps manage my psych problems. His staff are always helpful and and available by phone or e-mail.

I was very disappointed with my experience here. I was taking my son, who had been feeling down and hopeless. He had been late for school everyday and not doing simple everyday tasks. When we arrived, we were hurriedly asked a lot of questions, my son then spoke to the doctor alone. The doctor came to the conclusion that we should go somewhere else, that my son had no clinical needs. I am horrified that a doctor could make such rash decisions about a patient...especially one who been feeling depressed. He also came to a lot of conclusions of me as a mother from talking to me for 20 minutes. I came away feeling defeated and very sad.
