I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.
i came in on time with our appointment and waited for over an hour then i asked the front desk asking why the wait despite i have appointment, she was the least apologetic and i even have to ask her about our turn.they should not schedule consults if they cant accommodate you in the first place, these are sick and well kids. i hope she learns to be more customer driven and time conscious.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important.

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Yes, they have a nurse practitioner or doctor on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable
