The doctor is good, but the staff is horrible!!! We had shot records flubbed TWICE, resulting in my 4 year-old receiving shots his did not need. This was brought to my attention both times by his preschool nurse. They apologized, but not a forgivable mistake. We have waited over 45 minutes for a nurse only visit for a booster shot as well, with no obvious reason as there were few patients in office, and of course no explanation from staff. I wish he would fire all his staff and rehire competent people!

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The only complaint I have is te wait time. Usually it is okay but there was more than one occasion that I was waiting an hour to get to the room and an hour more before I was seen by the doctor.
