I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Dr. Dhoot always remembers my kids even if it's been months since our last appointment. I have never felt rushed through an appointment. I always feel like he listens to my concerns and is very thorough when examining my children to determine the best course of treatment. I have never felt like my concerns were not valid. When my son was hospitalized, age 5, Dr. Dhoot was in frequent communication with me. We left another doctor's office because of bad experiences and came to Dr. Dhoot from a friend's recommendation. That was the best decision we made for our children!
