I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Is this pediatrician patient with first-time mothers?
Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic
Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child?
Yes, and my child loves them!
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
