After eight years and two children, we have decided to look for another pediatrician. Dr. Mitchell is extremely overbooked. The wait time is easily an hour and a half. If you call the office, you will normally be put on hold for a very long time before someone speaks with you. Good pediatrician - but I live in Houston...there are quite a few good pediatricians around. Just to see the nurse for shots will take 45 minutes.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them.

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
