All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well.

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Mitchell since birth in 2006. Dr. Mitchell is very helpful and knowledgable and will ALWAYS take my daughter when I call. I have Never had an issue at her office and never been excessively delayed at any appointment.
The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
