I'm picky about pediatricians. Want one who will listen to me, respect me and my child and be thoughtful about providing medication. i don't want to jump straight to drugs. Want a pediatrician who answers questions and will work with me. i want a pediatrician who understands that some of my chidlren have a delayed vaccination schedule. i didn't realize how very difficult this would be to find when we moved to Houston. we were so thrilled with this office. we saw Dr Romina. She was wonderful. we are so glad to finaly have a pediatrician we love!

The bonus is the office staff! they are prompt, friendly and easy to work with. Maybe it's a little thing, but when I scehduled appointments for my twins they offered to copy some of hte paperwork that will be the same for both girls. that seems so simple and logical, but I can't tell you how rare common sense is in office staff.

A total win for us.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting, but it would have been nice if my child and I were a little more comfortable.
I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. The office was easy enough to find. Whenever I've asked for more information about something I was wondering about, they've never made me feel like my question was irrelevant or stupid. They've always been very understanding.

When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
