They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

The office was easy enough to find. They weren't too happy when I told them that I wanted to get a second opinion, which made me a little nervous. He was very blunt and screamed at my child which made her and myself very upset. It seemed strange that they wanted to make sure they were the only one involved in my child's treatment. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. It was really nice to see how patient they were with first-time mothers. I've seen some other pediatricians get really annoyed whenever a first-time mother asks a question, but they don't do that here. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
