I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were always ready to help me with anything I needed, and never left me unattended. I felt very cared for. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
